Our kids program introduces students to all of the fundamental positions in Jiu-Jitsu – Stand-up, Guard, Side Control, Mount Control, and Back Control. Children of all levels are welcome and are sure to get the best possible introduction to the sport and lifestyle of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Offering Gi and No-Gi classes for Little Kids Jiu-Jitsu for ages 4-7, and Kids Jiu-Jitsu for ages 8-13.

Our program offers a dynamic blend of traditional Judo techniques and modern teaching methods to foster physical fitness, self-confidence, discipline, and respect.

Adults All Levels

This program is great for all levels of Gi and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu practice.  Our coaches will teach students how to understand and utilize their own body weight leverage and positioning to take down their opponent. They will also focus heavily on wrestling takedowns and other grappling techniques.

Personal Training
