Magid Hage Seminar!
Join us at Praia Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Costa Mesa on Saturday, September 6th at 12pm for a special seminar with world-renowned black belt Magid Hage, famous for his devastating baseball bat choke.
This seminar is open to all academies in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and the greater Orange County area. Please wear a white or black gi only.
