Give your kids an active, fun, and structured summer experience at Praia Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our Summer Camp combines martial arts, fitness, and games in a safe and supportive environment where kids build confidence, discipline, and teamwork — all while having a great time on the mats.

Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Optional After Care: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Programs Include:
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Judo
Muay Thai (pads only, no contact)
Fitness & agility games
Team challenges & character development
No prior martial arts experience is required.

9:00–9:15 – Check-in & warm-up games
9:15–9:55 – Jiu-Jitsu
9:55–10:10 – Snack & water break
10:10–10:50 – Judo (age-appropriate techniques & breakfalls)
10:50–11:10 – Fitness & agility games
11:10–11:45 – Muay Thai (pads only)
11:45–12:15 – Lunch break (fully supervised)
12:15–12:50 – Games, team challenges & camp activities
12:50–1:00 – Pick-up

A Praia Summer Camp T-shirt is included.
Uniforms (gis) are not included, but are available for purchase at the academy.

SAFETY & SUPERVISION
Safety is our top priority. All activities are closely supervised by experienced coaches. Techniques are taught in an age-appropriate and controlled manner, with a strong emphasis on respect, safety, and teamwork.

This seminar is open to all academies in Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, and the greater Orange County area. Please wear a white or black gi only.
