KIDS PROGRAMS

BABY SHARKS

AGES 3-4

Our Baby Sharks program introduces toddlers to movement, coordination, and basic martial arts skills through engaging games and fun activities. Designed to build focus and foundational skills in a playful, supportive setting. Classes available Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

PRAIA KIDS 1

AGES 4-7

Introduce your child to the benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with our engaging foundational program. Focused on basic techniques, confidence building, and teamwork, this class provides a fun and safe environment for young learners to thrive.

PRAIA KIDS 2

AGES 8-13

Help your child build discipline, problem-solving skills, and resilience. This program focuses on more advanced techniques, self-defense, and competition preparation while promoting fitness and confidence. Students develop the skills to handle real-world situations on and off the mat.

PRAIA KIDS JUDO

AGES 5-14

Our Judo program combines dynamic throws, balance, and body control with a focus on respect and discipline. Led by Sensei Gabriel, this is the perfect complement to Jiu-Jitsu training or a great standalone martial art for kids who love action.

ADULTS PROGRAMS

Expert Jiu-Jitsu, NoGi, and Judo training for ages 14 and up. All experience levels welcome.

FOUNDATIONS - LEVEL 1

Ages 14+ • Beginners Welcome

Start your Jiu-Jitsu journey with our beginner-friendly program. This class focuses on self-defense, fitness, and the core techniques of BJJ. You'll learn fundamental positions, escapes, and submissions in a supportive environment where questions are encouraged. No experience necessary.

PROGRESSIONS - LEVEL 2

Ages 14+ • Some Experience

Take your training further through live drills, transitions, and controlled sparring. Level 2 builds timing, strategy, and confidence while sharpening your foundation. You'll develop your personal game and learn to chain techniques together.

NOGI TRAINING

All-black gear, no gi grips. Faster pace, body control focus. Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings + Thursday evening.

ADULTS JUDO

Master throws and takedowns to complement your ground game.

WOMEN’S JIU-JITSU

A welcoming space for women to train, learn, and grow together.

SPARRING

Practice what you've learned in a free-rolling environment.
