Celebrate Father’s Day with us at Praia BJJ!

We’re hosting a special Dads & Kids NoGi Class for our Praia families. This is a great opportunity for dads and kids to share the mats, train together, and make special memories.

Please wear your NoGi gear or an all-black workout outfit.

Class Schedule:
10:00 AM – Kids 5+
11:00 AM – Kids 3–4
